It's Friday, and since T.G.I.F. no longer exists on ABC, the staff of Comic Vine had to come up with something else to do in order to pass the time, so each week, the hard working folks here at the Vine hold a debate over which comic book cover was their favorites from the past week and which episode of Dinosaurs was their least favorite. This week, we have quite a few cool covers for you fine folks to check out.

BROTHER LONO #6 by Dave Johnson

First up on the list is the cover to BROTHER LONO #6 by Dave Johnson. The covers to this mini-series have all been incredibly interesting. They don't look like the rest of the books on the shelves. One really small but cool aspect is how the cover looks like it has these fake creases in it, like it's a poster someone folded up to put into their pocket. Aside from that, the flowers in the background and the skull in the cross are very cool additions to this cover.

CATACLYSM: THE ULTIMATES #1 by Mukesh Signh

If you love giant guns and tons of bullet casings, then this cover for CATACLYSM: THE ULTIMATES #1 is for you! This cover was drawn by Mukesh Singh. We really like the colors and the layout here. There's an amazing amount of detail within the colors and it gives Nick Fury a realistic touch. Plus, I'm a sucker for giant guns, since I started reading comics in the 90s, when giant guns ruled comics.

LONGSHOT SAVES THE MARVEL UNIVERSE #2 by David Nakayama

And the award for "Character having the same haircut as me circa 1999" goes to Longshot on the cover LONGSHOT SAVES THE MARVEL UNIVERSE #2. This cover was drawn by David Nakayama, and it's pretty ridiculous, in a good way. While the art itself is incredible, it's the little things here that we love, like the tag "lucky devil," as Longshot locks arms with two women, or the "heart you, Longshot" written at the bottom.

DAREDEVIL #33 by Chris Samnee

Look! It's DareMummy! This frightfully fun cover to DAREDEVIL #33 comes to us from artist Chris Samnee, who we see on our list quite a bit. The plain, black background really makes Daredevil pop off the cover. The colors and art style really make this a stand out cover.

WOLVERINE MAX #13 by Jock

Either I've just developed vertigo, or this is the cover to WOLVERINE MAX #13 by Jock. For obvious reasons, this is quite different from everything else on the shelves. What we like about it is how the title fits on the page and that the spirals lead to an outline of Wolverine. It's quite interesting.

HARLEY QUINN #0 by Amanda Conner

Finally, the last cover on our list this week is the cover for HARLEY QUINN #0 by Amanda Conner. We're really digging on the new logo here, for starters. It's identifiable and relates to the character. The color work on Harley is stellar here, and the shading is fantastic. Also, we loved the kind of Coney Island style Joker drawing on the back wall.

Well, that's another week of great covers picked out by the Comic Vine staff. Make sure to come back every Friday to see what covers we picked! Got a cover you loved that didn't make the list? Let us know in the comment section below. See you guys next week!
